Warranty for Marketplace Products is the sole responsibility of the respective Marketplace Sellers. The guarantees provided in Portuguese legislation apply to Products purchased on the yazmarket.com Marketplace, for each type of Products. In the event that the product is returned by the Customer, the Customer must bear the shipping costs. If the product does not fit, the shipping costs will be reimbursed by the Seller.
